Considering elasticity and strength of the packaging used material (shrinkable polyethylene film), the thermal tunnel is primarily used as a forming device for group packing of goods, but the possibility of packing of individual items. However, considering the high shrinkage temperature of the packaging material, the use of a thermal tunnel should be excluded for packaging , which change their properties or shape under the influence of high temperatures (candy, tapes, disks, printed products). It is also necessary to keep in mind, that this guy packaging it is not airtight.

The thermal tunnel has a structurally separate roller carrier, soldering module (manual sealer) and heat-twist the module (I'm closing the tunnel), which can be used together. The presence of a sealer in this thermal tunnel allows you to manually organize a complete cycle from packaging products in shrinkable materials.
