Semi-automatic thermoforming machine TUSAD-15 with a heat tunnel with a semi-automatic mechanical gluing device.
The thermotunnel is used by enterprises for group packaging of goods in shrinkable film. The packaging machine is most often used for foil packaging of the following goods: plastic bottles, jars, printed output, boxes and cartons with pre-cut products.

Shrinkable polyethylene film has sufficient strength and elasticity, making it an excellent packaging material. Using a heat tunnel to organize the process of bulk packing or batch packing in film is the best option. Shrinkage of the foil in TUSAD-15 thermal tunnels occurs when exposed to high temperature. The tunnel is not suitable for packing products, which change their properties when exposed to temperature. After packaging, the products are reliably protected from physical impact, but the packaging itself is not airtight.

FIGURE-15 consists of a soldering unit and a soldering unit heat shrinkable, who organize the product packaging process; these modules can also be used individually.

The thermal tunnel requires placement on the floor, as it has quite a large mass and dimensions. There are also size restrictions on packaged products (specified in the technical specifications), limitations on maximum solder length and shrink module dimensions.
