Pellet machines 2000 kg/hour are intended for processing shredded and dried biomass: tree, straw, alfalfa, sunflower etc. They are also intended, for the production of all types of feed granules. The production process of pellets is carried out by continuously feeding the raw material under pressure through the matrix, resulting in the formation of hard and resistant granules or pellets. This process does not use any chemical additives for extra solder. The formed pellets or granules are immediately screened and cooled off the line and ready for packaging. By means of a buffer hopper with a dispenser and a discharge conveyor belt. The finished production of pellets and granules, are packed in ready-made polythene bags with automatic dosing from 5 to 50 kg. Depending on the processed raw material and the desired production capacity, specifications vary by press model and line configuration.
