A straw shredder is also designed to grind straw, alfalfa, lavender and other type of biomass. The machine for crushing straw is equipped with a rotating tray for smooth feeding of coarse material to knives and hammers. Bales can be of different sizes, including the- smaller than the diameter of the feed drum. The size of the crushed raw material depends on the sieve. The rotation of the drum can be changed smoothly by changing the rotation speed with an inverter, to achieve the desired efficiency.

The machine can work, both on its own and in an assembly line for the production of straw pellets, alfalfa and other biomass.
