Straw pellet machines

Straw pellet machines. They are intended for processing straw that has been crushed and dried to the required values, as well as other types of raw materials, bran, sunflower husk, feed raw material, lavender, alfalfa, etc.. The process begins with defoliation and shredding of straw bales or other types of raw material. Proceeding with production , which is carried out by continuously feeding the raw material under pressure through a die, resulting in the formation of hard and resistant granules or pellets. In the production of straw pellets and granules, no chemical additives are used for additional soldering.

The formed pellets or granules are immediately screened and cooled off the line and ready for packaging. Using a buffer hopper with a dispenser, leading conveyor belt. The finished production of pellets and granules, are packed in ready-made polythene bags with automatic dosing from 5 to 50 kg. Depending on the processed raw material and the desired production capacity, specifications vary by press model and line configuration.

The machines can be in an assembly line for the production of pellets and granules from 1 tone/time to 2 tones/time
