Wood chipper Dow-37 drum type, intended for crushing wood pieces, cellulose, waste from furniture production, branches , pdch etc. A professional solution for a pellet production workshop.

The crusher produces quality wood chips with a capacity of up to 1 ton per hour finished size chips 5 – 10 mm. The size of the chips is determined by the sieve and the feed rate of the material to the knives. The minimum distance from the rollers to the knives, allows to split wooden scraps with a length of 20 cm. At the request of the customer, the feed speed and the size of the sieve can be set when the machine is made. This allows each customer to achieve the maximum effect of crushing the material and get the most suitable chip size for him. Eight working knives allow the machine to split any type of wood (obla, flat, etc.) with a diameter of up to 12 cm and width up to 30 cm.

Shock system. Designed to protect against electrical overload. the engine. When overloaded, the system stops feeding raw crushing material to the knives . After clearing the crushed material from the sieve, submission is restored.

Regulation of chip size and crushing performance. In cases , when the customer needs different size chips, an inverter is installed to feed the material. When changing the feed rate of raw material to the knives, the size of the chips and the crushing performance are changed. When installing this system, the customer has the opportunity to choose the size of the chips and the crushing performance. It can get lower flow rate with fuller chips and can get maximum flow rate with larger chips.
